Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags still attached
- Free from damage, odors, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear bottoms
- Underwear
How to Start a Return
Email us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Just mention it in your return request email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we'll cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
